We have experience with multiple types of projects including residential and multi-family subdivisions, partitions, large and small apartment projects, mixed-use residential and commercial projects.

We can provide a variety of services to facilitate completion of your project. Proficient in organization and performance of due diligence research, pre-application meetings, coordination of design professionals, public meetings and presentations, land use applications, and negotiations with applicable jurisdictions to achieve approval.

Additionally, we specialize in procurement of residential and commercial permits, contracting and construction management, as well as project finance consulting and real estate transactions. Whatever the project needs, we can provide or source it, to see your project through to completion.

BACKGROUND

Katie started her professional career in retail banking, followed by six years in property and casualty insurance, both in underwriting and client management roles. Fueled by the fire of independence, she began a career in real estate. Eventually her love of organization and spreadsheets drew her to project coordination for a builder, where she managed multiple housing projects at various stages, including acquisition and development of new land, new construction of apartments from the ground up, and completion of townhomes for sale. Recognizing a need in the industry for persistent and resilient consultant planners, she is excited for this new opportunity to use her skills and passions to help others achieve their goals.
